Brake Testing
If you have any concerns about your brakes such as continuous squeaking when braking, handbrake not operating correctly, the car pulling to one side when braking or feel like they are not stopping your car effectively then you should have them checked to make sure they are safe for the roads.
Brake testing is usually broken down into two detailed inspections:
- Inspection of the physical components – the brake pedal will be checked from travel and the individual braking components checked for wear and leakage.
- Rolling road brake testing machine – We will use the rolling road to test for performance of the cars braking system. It will determine if the braking system is efficient and safe for the road.
With our rolling road we can offer brake testing facilities on all types of cars/vans and HGV’s in house and also test your exhaust emissions to the latest standards.
